Exchange Policy
At ValueLinker, we strive to ensure that our product listings are as accurate and descriptive as possible, allowing our customers to make informed choices. Prior to dispatching orders, we perform thorough multi-layer quality checks to guarantee that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you are unsatisfied with the order item(s), we are here to assist with exchanges. Please note that we currently do not accept order returns.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are only available for domestic orders.
- The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn, and must be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
- We provide detailed product descriptions for every product. However, due to variations in display settings across different devices, there may be slight color differences. Therefore, we do not entertain exchange requests based on color differences, fabric material, or quality.
- ValueLinker will only process exchange requests for orders placed on our official website www.valuelinker.com
Exchange Process
- Initiate Exchange Request: You can raise an exchange query within 72 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at support@valuelinker.com.
- Exchange Fee: A fee of Rs 150 (per order) will be charged to process your exchange.
- Unboxing Video: An unboxing video of the product is compulsory for processing any exchange requests. This video helps us verify the condition of the product and packaging at the time of receipt.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us via email at support@valuelinker.com within 72 hours of delivery.
- Pickup Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt to pick up the shipment twice. If pickup is unsuccessful, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse pickup availability is subject to service in your area pin code.
- Quality Inspection: Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. Upon approval, we will dispatch the requested (new) size to you within 24-48 working hours.
- Single Exchange Limit: Exchanges for size will be permitted only once per order. Multiple exchanges for products in the same order will not be entertained.

Self-Shipping for Exchanges
If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to courier the product(s) to the following address: MangoNest Commercial Complex 6 Sinhgad Road Pandurang Industrial Area Nanded, Pune Maharashtra 411041, India.
Please ensure that the items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Include the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
Note: We recommend using 'Speed Post' as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India entity with the most extensive postal network in India.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel COD orders within 24 hours of order placement. Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at support@valuelinker.com..
- We reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons, such as unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, incorrect product listing or pricing on the website, and payment-related or fraudulent practices issues. Our decision to accept or cancel an order is final and binding.
Refund Policy
ValueLinker does not provide returns or refunds on products once sold and delivered. We do offer a size exchange option for purchased items. For more details, please refer to the 'Exchange Policy' section on our website.
